Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy (Starting from the date you receive your purchase). We do not offer any returns and refunds past the 7 day period.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at moonflareonline@gmail.com. Please provide us your name, order number and contact details so that we may contact you accordingly once we have investigated the issue.
Be aware certain types of items cannot be returned. Perishable unpackaged goods (such as fresh fruit and vegetables) cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us at moonflareonline@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To be eligible for a return, your Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase (either SMS or email confirmation).
To start a return, you can contact us at moonflareonline@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Out of Stock
When a product you purchase is out of stock, we will automatically refund you the item amount on a gift card. The gift card will then be emailed to you and you may use the refunded amount on a new purchase.
Exchanges
Our business strives to bring you the freshest product from our suppliers straight to your door. Hence we DO NOT offer exchanges. Please contact us at moonflareonline@gmail.com if you wish to return your product for a refund.
Refunds
