How it works
To ensure the freshness of pre-order products, we require a weeks’ time to fulfill & deliver your order. Certain products may take longer depending on our suppliers and you will be notified once we have prepared your order.
Delivery
Once you have placed your order, we will process & delivery directly to your door on the following week. You will be notified prior when your order is ready and on its way via SMS or email. Please check delivery information for further details.
Pick up
You will be notified by SMS or email that your order is available for pick up. Please check available pick up trading hours for further details.
Special Occasion Pre-Order
Throughout the year we will seek to bring you new and exciting products. Certain products are on a special occasion basis such as Christmas, Valentine, Easter and etc. Please refer to descriptions for pre-order cut-of times & expected arrivals for these products. You will be notified once they are ready to be picked up & delivered.
